By accessing or using Talent Aisle's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service description
Talent Aisle provides talent acquisition partnership services. We work alongside internal TA teams to strengthen their function through systems architecture, capability development, and smart tooling.
3. User accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. User obligations
When using Talent Aisle, you agree to:
- Use our services for lawful purposes only
- Not misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
- Not upload harmful content or attempt to breach security
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, and technology on Talent Aisle are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6. Pricing and payments
- Pricing is clearly communicated and subject to change
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Partnership terms and payment schedules are agreed in writing
7. Data and privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our privacy policy. Talent Aisle does not collect or store candidate or employer personal data; all such information remains within your own systems. We only process minimal metadata required to deliver our service.
Processing client-provided data
If you choose to share role, candidate or hiring-manager data with us for recruitment services, you remain the Data Controller and Talent Aisle acts as the Data Processor. We will process that personal data only on your instructions and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard it. Upon request or termination, we will return or securely delete all personal data.
8. Limitation of liability
Talent Aisle is not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses
- Hiring outcomes or placement results
- Interactions between employers and candidates
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
