Processing Client-Provided Data

If you share role, candidate or hiring-manager data with us to support recruitment services, you remain the Data Controller and Talent Aisle acts as the Data Processor under our Data Processing Agreement. We will process that personal data only on your instructions, implement technical and organisational safeguards (e.g. encryption, access controls), and upon your request or termination will return or securely delete all personal data.
